BX23 FEL question

I had to download the picture and take in into my CSI lab to analyze it. That is Jim's pony tail with what appears to be a red tie holding it together. The piece that is coming down from behind his left ear is the "rope" from his glasses. It is heavier directly below the ear and then is thinner as it enters into his shirt. He is a good looking guy when the picture is blown up. We also ran it through the files and found that he is wanted for not paying a parking ticket 10 years ago. I think I would pay it for him/her just out of pitty that they would be so like me!
