Welcome to TBN:D

First-Please turn off your caps lock...it is considered yelling and is very hard to read.

Now, on to your problem...

Does the engine sound labored? If so I would unplug the reconnect the QD's (quick disconnects) on the two hoes that feed the backhoe...sometimes they come unplugged just a little bit causing the hydraulic fluid not to flow.

Also make sure the 3pt/mower lift lever is in the middle position. Mine doesn't auto reset to middle anymore(to lazy to look at/adjust).

Sorry for the caps. Yes mid mount mower lever is in the middle. Was in the middle of the field working and everything just quit. I will try disconnecting and reconnecting the couplers but they all seemed connected.

You would be surprised how many times I have heard that! They can "look" connected but not flow any fluid!

What Stargazer said

Raise 3 point lever till arms come up all the way and push it down have some one push them down and set the lever in the middle of the two positions.

check the loader and hoe functions another thing it to check the back hoe connections that they are all the way connected

If that dosen't work

turn tractor off put loader bucket down and hoe bucket down on ground.

move the loader lever up and down (loader shouldn't move) and unhook the hoe hoses and hook the tractor lines together.

start tractor try the loader again shut tractor loader down move loader handel up and down to releive presure hook the hoe back up.

start tractor again and try functions

Is it cold were you are? could be water in oil frozen

pull dipstick and check level is it low?
look at the color too
if you need oil only use sudt oil

mine acted the same and the 3 point lift control was stuck in the up position
and I didn't notice it

check the linkage on it valve is under fender follow the linkage

check the knob for the lift speed put it in the middle of the range too
