I removed the backhoe and loader for the first time last night. WOW, I don't think they could have made it any easier. I don't have a manual for the tractor yet...somehow mine was missing from my tractor and it's on order /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif, but the removal of both attachments took a total of 12 minutes!!!!! Very easy and intuitive. And if it ever stops raining here I may get my jungle mowed!!!

Yup...they mount and dismount very easily. The 'hoe takes a little more finesse, only because some clearances, particularly with the rear fenders on the tractor, are close, but easy nonetheless. It takes more time to put the 3pt on than it does to deal with the 'hoe!!

Botaguy,

It is slick. And with a few times on and off it is even easier. I have found that reistalling the backhoe is just as easy IF you are line up correctly. The first time I put mine back on it took a handful of attempts to get the tractor lined up to the backhoe. I was kind of in a hurry which didn't help and was consulting the manual in the wind. I noticed lated that there is a decal on the side of the hoe that gives instruction how to install. I have had it off and on 3 or 4 times now and it's a breeze. As Jim said. It takes longer to put the 3-point back on than it does to remove the hoe.

Hey Bota guy,

Very slick indeed! I became the proud Papa of a new bouncing 'Bota Bx23 last month! Just took off the 'hoe fo' the first time! Good thing I had my toes out of the way! I will get better with time...I hope.
Ran into another problem though, with my 42" Rotary Mower. Well, it's new just like everything else, so I made adjustments here and there and finally figured out the 3 point assembly and then the mower...just one problem...the driveline is too short! Won't hook up to the PTO. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Does anybody have any ideas or are there any adjustments ?
Just took a picture of my new baby 'Bota! Hope I did it right to show ya! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
