Just rolled over 1900 hours on my BX23, only things that ever broke were a result of operator error. Mr B

Have over 1600 hours on my 05 BX23. Had replaced transmission, both knuckles on front end, an steering cylinder all under under warranty. :) Replaced both front tires an one rear due to not holding air due to holes from thorns an limbs, an battery. I am again having trouble with the steering so will be taking it off to have it rebuilt or replaced. I have lost some of my lift pressure with the BH an FEL so will be soon looking into adjusting that. I am so pleased with my unit that I would buy another if needed, if the newer ones can measure up to mine.

I'm low hour at 392 but, I have not had any trouble either, I see some misting oil on the inside right front wheel, but oil level checks out. Other than that I'm real happy with my BX23 TLB. I've had to plug a few tires over the years, but that's to be expected with my use, which is all loader and BH, mostly unimproved areas such as woods.
I upped mine with belly pan, thumb, brush forks, axle extensions, and alternator.

And MrB would you please admit what errors were made and what broke?

Mostly working in brush piles, which I have learned is potentially dangerous to the tractor and operator. Poked a hole in my oil pan, but had a bud weld it, no problem. Also had to replace steering cylinder and front knuckle from a bad encounter while clearing brush for our pond. My seat fell apart from sitting on it for eight years, and had to do work on my mower deck after striking immovable objects,
The worse thing that ever happened to my Kubota was the one time and only I took it to a dealer to replace a safety switch. Major mistake, major rip off artist, wish I could post his name. I chose to go to the closest dealer rather than the one I bought from. Be careful, just because they are big does not mean they are honest, watch yourself.

I Had over 600 hours on my 2005, BX23, before I sold her to up grade to a used B3200, with only 49 hours. I have had this one now, only two years, and already want to go up another size, at least a L3800. But would still like to have keep the little BX23, it was a tank!!!! Still have lots of things that it could help me with, so maybe two new tractors in my future, Big and small. Only if I had the Money. Or just the luck of living in KY near a certain Kubota dealers place!!!

Ya jinxed me! with this thread.
I snapped the (Upgraded MA!) airfilter bracket, (2nd one) then suffered a flat after I replied last week...WTF!

Did a Johnny on the spot tire repair, but still needed to remove for air.
Used my trusty Motorcycle mushroom plug kit, it uses positive pressure as the bottom of the mushroom plug seats against the inside of the tire wall. I have repaired some nasty punctures with this, like the ones right near the Vee bar lugs that always seem to leak when the lug bites into something. Best of all, they take about 5 minutes to install, and many times you can seat it before it flat...if you know where it leaking?
