bx24D TLB w/mmm & 87 hrs.

looked at a new looking TLB with a friend. Whats a good price? the mmm is prolly 54" and has never been used, the TLB looks & operates perfectly. The tranny is jerky (sounds like a common trait)

Would the backhoe off that machine fetch some $? my friend doesn't think he'll need it and would rather have a front mount snowblower.

I doubt that backhoe would fit my B2400 would it??

I think he can get the TLB/mmm for ~$12K

What do you think?????

There's little market for just the BH since the tractor frame is designed to accomodate it and it fits only the BX24 and BX25. Since they come standard equipped with the BH... everyone with a BX24 or 25 already has one.

12K is a good deal for that with that many hours...Are you sure it's legit?

If so, I'd take it. as BX said, that is engineered specificly for the BX...So that's probably a keeper unless someone wants to to an absurd amount of fabrication on another machine.

That is a very good price for a BX24 with low hours in this area. Since he wouldn't be paying much for the backhoe, storage space is the only issue there. I would make sure it is paid for. (Ken Sweet had the best suggestion on that....... search his recent responses.) I suspect a little bit that that is the amount the owner needs to pay it off.
