BX2660 Deluxe Reclining Seat

I put in a long day of moving dirt with the loader. I thrashed around in the dirt, mud and rough ground so much that my teeth were still rattling an hour later. Definately put the tractor through its paces. Since my seat adjustment, the tractor has never even thought about stalling unless I was completely off the seat.
I am very satisfied now with my seat and would highly recommend the same adjustment as I did.

BX2660 Deluxe Reclining Seat
Anyone have any experience modifying or adjusting the engine kill seat safety switch on this model seat? I would like to have the weight switch to be not so sensitive. I have heard of others adding or adjusting the switch bars inside the seat on other models to make them less sensitive. I really would rather not disconnect the safety switch but working on all the slopes on my property, I often am shifting my weight just enough to start to kill the engine.

Thanks for the link and response. I actually need to see the seat lifted and attached to the tractor.

Just unhook the blasted thing. I've had two BX's and those switches are just plain dumb. I fooled with it and fooled with it on the first tractor and disconnected it totally on the second tractor. Made all the difference.
