I have a chance to buy a new, 5 hours on the clock, C27 with a FEL. I cannot find any information on this tractor. The dealer is asking $10,500 for it. Anyone know about this model? Any information would be helpful.

It is a very basic 2wd utility tractor. It is 27HP at the engine and about 22HP at the PTO. I believe it has an 8F/2R transmission. They seem to be a decent little tractor and use some old IHC parts. Overall its kinda like a brand new 30 year old tractor.
