C-60 Agrotrend snowblower-manual needed

I bought a used C-60" Agrotrend snowblower on Friday night from a guy 1 hour east of me. It was like brand new and only cost me $700.

Does anyone have an Agrotrend owners manual that they can PDF or TIF to me?

I had a **** of a time getting an adaptor out of one end of the PTO shaft.
He had it on an old Ford tractor that didn't have an independent PTO so it didn't work well for him. The PTO shaft was smaller on those old tractors hence the need for an adaptor.

Tomorrow I hope to get the PTO shaft in place and fire it up as it is now on the tractor

Sorry to butt in, I don't have the manual. But I'd thought I'd let you know that most blowers don't really come with any paperwork that amounts to anything. The PTO shaft usually has a little info, but their usually is no operating instructions, safety points, parts list, etc. that comes with the blower. Good luck, Jerry.

Thanks Jerry-I emailed AgroTrend a few days ago and they are mailing out a a manual.

I also asked about the hydraulic chute control but for $463 I can turn it by hand.

Another fellow TBN'r copied his manual and sent it out to me.

It was waiting on my desk at home when I got home from an overnight business trip.

It had all the parts listed and pretty much everything I needed to know about the snowblower

My blower came with the mechanism to use a hydralics to turn the chute, but I just welded up a manual. The chute usually turns real easy by hand. I kept the stuff for when I get old, and may get at cab someday, too. But I am just 60, and a mere kid [at heart].
