Cab Enclosure for RTV 500?

Am considering getting a cab enclosure for my 500. Looking for advice and what to look for. And where to look. Anyone with experience with these ----I would sure appreciate your input. Thanks

Soft Top Cab Enclosure for Kubota RTV400

I have the Kubota plastic top now and Kubota glass windshield so I would be using just the rear window and doors from the cab above. I think that is the best combination. Most other cabs use velcro which you need to glue to the RTV frame.

The nicest cab is the Kubota one but you are talking like $4,000 for it which is absurd.

It depends on you as to which one is right for you. Some people have been happy with the soft systems which do come apart or have failures sooner then the hard systems. The soft systems do have a lower initial cost but don't have the longevity of the hard cabs.

My wife has the Kubota modular hard cab option, V4311, for her RTV500. She absolutely loves it. It is VERY easy to put the various components on or pop them off. She always has the doors off in the summer, and sometimes more but not too often. She normally leaves the top, back window and front window on and just uses the pop-up feature of the front window when she wants it more open. If the cost is not an issue for you, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I think you should be able to find them offered on-line for about $3500.

Thanks guys for the input. I was at the kubota dealership yesterday and one of the mechanics put me on to this site. They are here in Indiana and seem to have a pretty good selection of cabs and enclosures. I e-mailed them to see if they have a showroom or only sell through dealers. Their products look pretty quality.

agree with everyone else i'd go with the hard cab if you can afford it, should never have to replace and i have one and it works great! easy to take doors off in summer. if you get a soft cab seems they would rip and tear around brush
