cab heater fan fuse location ????

hi

ive got a tn75da and i dont have power to the fan in the cab no wipers/washers and rear work lights either, ive checked the fuses in the box lower left by steering coloum and they are all ok anyone got any ideas where to look next ???

have a tn70da. on my right hand post that holds the door hinges there is some fuses in that column. think that might be part of them.
