Cab or No Cab / R1 or R4 Tires on Kioti RX7320P?

I am zeroing in on buying a Kioti RX7320P and have two major decisions to make regarding tires and cab or no cab.

I would much appreciate anyone's thoughts to help me decide.

Here's what I plan on doing with the tractor:

1. snow removal with the FEL, a 7' back blade and a rear snow blower.
2. tilling / cultivation on several acres
3. collecting Maple sap from our sugar bush trails
4. small scale firewood and perhaps other timber harvesting from our forest trails (I.E. I don't plan on going into the treed areas.) I plan on getting a 3PH logging winch in the future.

If your doing snow removal a Cab and Ag tires are the way to go. IMHO.

I agree with Murph.
Your use #1, Get the cab and R1's for snow removal. So much nicer to move snow in a heated cab.
Use #2, Cab is also nice when doing ground engaging work such as tilling / cultivation. Keeps you from getting covered and breathing in dust.
Use #3 Collecting maple sap can be done with or without a cabbed tractor.
Use #4 I don't plan on going into the treed areas sounds like you want a cabbed tractor.
I'm glad I have a cabbed tractor. I have R4's that work well. R1's will drive through deeper snow better than R4's but on hard packed snow or ice chains are usually needed for any tire.

If your ground is soft at maple syrup time get the R 1 tires. On the cab they are very nice but if you use it in the woods be aware of glass breakage

Cab and R1's for sure,good luck with your new rig.I am in Northern NY and do a lot of the same things and have a Cab and R1's and they work great.

I'm SO glad I have a cab. And my next tractor will have R1's instead of R4's.
