I have a Case IH 885 with cab. At some point in the last year, it appears that the hinges on the roof hatch have broken loose from the mounting points on the cab roof. Not sure at this point whether the cab roof is fiberglass, an SMC type, or something else. The cab would have been made between 1985-1990.
Looking for suggestions on how to determine what the current technology is on repair options. I have worked with fiberglass on a vehicle but that was in the early 1990s and did not require a structural repair - it was to repair damage from impact to a side panel. I suspect repair options, particularly resin or epoxies have changed since then.
