I shorted the alternator output lead and the entire tractor is electrically dead. Where is the fusible link located? I have the Ford shop manual, not even a mention of it. It shows up on the wiring diagram between the alternator and the battery (big help)! the alternator out put wire is buried in a harness that goes to the fire wall but I can't see anything that looks like a burnt fusible link. I've looked on line without any luck. I've looked at the online parts manuals at Messick's there is a reference to a "fusewire" in both 16 gauge and 14 gauge but no picture of the location.
Can any of you guys point me to where it's at.
