This newsman is an idiot. who would stand that close to operating plows. He deserved everything he got.... i just love it when people complain about an inch or 2 of snow as being life ending event.

Hurricanes in summer... blizzards in winter.. guarantee there is some dumbass reporter doing a live report in the middle of it.

it only would have been better if he got knocked down, i'm sure he knew that he was a little too close. I cant agree more that these news reporters put themselves harms way for no reason. we all know that if white stuff is falling from the sky, it's likely snow, & it may be slippery driving....

Something similar happened to me. About 20 years ago or so I was plowing snow at the end of my driveway when the snowplow went by. The temperature was about freezing and we had about 4 inches of wet snow. The snowplow operator was going about 40 mph when he went by. I was hit with the slush/salt/snow moving at the same 40mph. It nearly knocked me off the tractor.

Had I been able to catch up with the snow plow operator there probably would have been an assault committed and I might just now be getting out of prison. But it would have been worth every minute of time I served.

I love how the news needs to constantly update us with the breaking news that it's snowing in winter - just in case we all live in houses without windows.

ya know...those plows need speed to push the slush....slow plowing doesnt work very well. I just thought its funny the idiot watches the plows go by with no interest at all of his safety. hes just a moron.

at the news desk.....there all sitting around wondering how there going to cover this major event...nearly an inch of snow has fallen. The lead anchor says "no...it will mess my hairdoo....lets send the weatherman...hes expendable".
