Pat's Easy Change Can a Pats easy change for Cat2 be used with Cat 1

I have found a Cat 2 PEC and I have all cat 1 implements. My tractor (Mahindra 5500) is set up for Cat2 but is compatiable with Cat 1 with sleeves. Will the PEC work without having to change pins on everything to the larger size?

Cat 2/1 adapter bushings (sleeves) work just fine with a Pat's Cat2. I have a Cat2 pats on my KAMA. Half my implements have Cat 2 pins, the other half have Cat 1. I just buy enough bushings to leave them on the Cat 1 pins permanently.

But the lynch pin washers are another story. Assuming you only got Cat 2 diameter washers with your purchase, you'll have to buy/fabricate Cat 1 washers for your Cat 1 pins.

If you got a stabilizer bar with it too, you may have to saw some of it off to get down to the narrower Cat 1 pin spacing.
