can a skid steer mt backhoe be modified to 3 pt

Can a skid steer mt backhoe be modified to a 3 pt hitch mount without much difficulty ? I see alot of them advertised with some being almost new.I know I would have to buy my specific tractor mount,but if it did not go crazy on modifying it may be worth it since the price between new and used has been as high as 50%.

Anything is possible and difficulty is a subjective term. One man's difficult is another's piece of cake.

I'd be more concerned about frame or not for a grafted backhoe. I've read some troubling stories about tractor damage done by 3 pt only, (no frame) backhoes.

Most smaller backhoes have bolt-on frames that are either Skidloader mounts, 3PT mounts, or tractor subframe mounts. Probably a bolt-on swap that only requires a checkbook.
