Disc Harrow Can anybody identify the make/model of this disc harrow

I just purchased this disc harrow that I need to rebuild, can anybody identify the make/model so I can chase down parts? The guy I bought it from tried to rebuild it, but messed up the disc spacing, and installed the rear gangs backwards. I ordered new disc from Agrisupply, but one of the disc hangers is broken and I'll need to track down a replacement. Any help is appreciated, Thanks

Sorry I can't help you with identity. Looks like Ford blue paint but that doesn't mean anything.

Poor disc has been violated by previous owner. He paid no attention whatsoever when he reassembled the gangs did he.....

Looks like the frame is in really good shape. If the bearing boxes are good it should give you years of service.

The broken hanger might be fixable by a welding shop???

There is yellow paint under the ford blue. The top of the bracket allows the gang to rotate, and part of it is missing. It's a cast iron piece. The previous owner did replace all the bearings and bolts, so it should not be too bad to rebuild, once I figure out the disc spacing.

At a glance I think all the gang pieces are there. Just assembled out of order. Will take a little patience and attention to detail to fix that.

As to the broken piece, any way to fabricate something from mild steel?? In studying the picture I can't find the problem.

Here is another picture, the brackets on the left one has the complete slot for adjustment, the other one the slot is missing (broken off).

Do you see any markings on the pillow block bearings?

The bearing are new from Agrisupply, so I don't think that will help identify it. There are no markings on the frame.

Well I rebuilt it, cleaned it up and painted it, but I still have the broken bracket that needs replacing. Here are pictures of the broken bracket next to an unbroken bracket. Also, here is a picture of the disc now.

You could take a good bracket and the broken one to a welding shop and see what they might be able to do.
