Can anyone date this steel wheel Farmall?

This is an undated photo of my great grandfather. I was hoping someone here could identify the model which may give a clue as to when the photo was taken. I'd also be interesting in learning more about the model, etc... My great grandfather lived from 1890 to 1957:

If I stretch the pic and squint I can make out the model designation F 14 above the Farmall on the fuel tank.
