Can anyone identify this part?

My neighbor's kids found this part and we haven't been able to identify it yet. The color matches his Kubota BX1850 and is very close or matches my Kioti CK20S, but we can't find a spot for it on either tractor. The part was found in a location where I haven't had my tractor, so if it came from either of them, it was likely from the BX1850. It looks brand new and doesn't have any marks from being mounted, so maybe it doesn't belong to either tractor.

Does anyone know what it is?

It looks like it might be a removable cover or a shield for protection of lower components. Then again it may have nothing to do with tractors.

hard to tell could it be the pulley cover for the mower deck?

I also thought it might be from a mower deck, but I am not familiar with the one on the Kubota.

The part is about 5 inches x 6 inches and maybe 1/2" folded.

It looks like it may snap onto pins or bump-outs, but who knows?

Except it has a hole in the middle to grease the spindle.

NO idea. Just keep driving and see if anything else falls off...

That came from an alien space ship, it's the cover of their pooper hose{like what's on an RV}. Hope your using gloves when you handle it. Also I wouldn't look up, you know what a mess birds can make.
