Can Ford 1720 handle 60" blower?

I have been toying with replacing the plow with a 60" blower. Ford 1720 PTO HP claimed at 23.5 and it is a 12 speed shuttle shift.
Will it have the nut to move our average 8 -12" storm?

I don't see any issue with it running a 60". I run a 72" on my TC25D. The only difference is I have a hydro trans and yours is gear. You need to find the right gear for the storm and may need to work the clutch in real heavy snow.

Forgot to add I have 20 pto hp.

Your tractor has a rear rpm of 540. In my opinion, a PTO of 23.5 hp is sufficient to blow 8-10" snow. My brother use to have Ford 1710, which was often used for the same purpose.

It will be fine, I’ve had my 1720 SSS with a 60" snow-blower for 20 years and I'm quite happy with it.
We get significant snow 18 to 24 inches and it handles 90% of it with no problem.
The only time HP was an issue was when I reached the end of my driveway where the snow bank may be 24 plus inches high and several feet deep. The snow being much denser made it necessary to use the clutch excessively to allow the blower to clear.
After the first pass there was no problem because you can control how big a bite you take.
For years I thought more power would be nice by perhaps adding a turbo and while at a swap meet I found one off a Saab.
I installed it turned the fuel up and increased the engine speed. That increased the HP significantly!
No more using the clutch to clear the blower.
It has been an exceptional tractor needing only routine maintenance.
