Can not find this kind of clevis hook

The clevis hook we've used for years is lost out in the woods-- somewhere. Not optimistic that we'll ever find it. Trying to find a replacement but perhaps since this was a very old device that they don't even make such a thing any longer. It had a chain grab hook that attached to the drawbar with a pin pretty much like what's shown here. The main difference is the old one had a swivel. The swivel came in very handy numerous times when trying to chain up rocks, trees, and such.

Anyone know where such a thing might be found?

all the web pages I found said the pin on type swivel chain hook was discontinued

This outfit has all sorts of hardware like hooks, swivels, shackles etc. I saw a swivel with a pin for the drawbar so add one of their hooks and you'd be golden.

You can get the same function with two pieces of hardware.

That's actually pretty close. The main issue being that appears to be a slip hook not a grap hook. Perhaps they make both-- I'll have to check. Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the link! I did go through their catalog and saw that swivel with a pin but I'm not sure the hook shown mounted is replaceable with a grab hook. I'll contact them and see. It's also quite similar to what JPRambo posted as well.

EXCELLENT point! Why on earth didn't I think of that?!

The hook assemblies others posted here are actually quite similar the main difference being that where they have a rounded clevis that attaches to the drawbar our old one was u-shaped with flat metal. But if the functionality is the same I'm not that fussy.
