Can not log onto classifieds section

I have tried numerous times to log on to reply to an ad or place an ad but can not.
I've tried to have the password e-mailed to me and contact the administrator with no answer.
This has been on going for the past year or so.
When I try to start a new account I can not because my e-mail address is already in use for an account.
Hopfully this will get some ones attention.

So I guess I'll not get any joy from this post.
Seems that if a site offers a classifieds section you should be able to use it as I could at one time, even posted an ad or two but have not been able to even log on for the past couple of years.
Been asking for a reason why for that long also!!!!!
I have a tractor I'd like to list but can not. Put it on the Ford NH forum but the offer was taken off as you can not sell on the forums, seems like they should be Johhny on the spot to remedy these situations since you have to offer items for sale/ trade on the classifieds only.
