Sickle Bar Can someone identify the make and mode of the 7ft sickle mower?

I am trying to assist my neighbor in identifying his sickle mower. I wasn't able to spot any identification marks.

We are hoping to source some parts to fix it if possible.

Read the tag.The tag that says Massey Ferguson left of the hydraulic motor in 2nd picture. It's a Dyna-Balance mower?
