I've seen several R.C.'s with this distinct style of build. The owner's haven't been able to tell me what company has made them.

I'm sure that someone from TBN can supply me with a Maker as well as to some input into their quality of build.

Thanks to all

That is quite different. I've never seen one like it. You might go to tractorhouse.com or other equipment listing sites and look at mowers listed and see if you can find a match.

Thanks Kim. :)

I'll give them a shot. Kind of hoping for an easy answer, but it doesn't appear to be that common of Make.

Kind of weird, but there were several rotary cutters in my area on Craig's List that all followed that distinctive 'ring' pattern around the deck.

I guess it could be that some local fab shop was trying their hand at the implement business.

We shall see what we find out from other sites.

As long as the blades are 1/2 inch thick and have a 1 1/2 inch blade bolt hole, I can take care of your parts needs. Driveline parts too. Ken Sweet

Thanks Ken.

Have you ever seen any commercial built models with that 'ring' going around the deck?

Went to tractorhouse and looked at a lot of rc's, but nothing came close to visually looking like the "mystery machine".

I have seen that cutter a couple times at consignment sales, however, never knew the brand. Ken Sweet

Oops, the ad had several pictures and one of them looked like a small pond.

As the picture shows, it's design seems to hasten it's replacement and/or repair.

A definite 'keep inside or under roof model'

That being said, it seems like a stout(er) build than a lot of the Farm Box Store offerings.

Simple solution to water collection on the deck is to drill a small drain hole in the deck area holding water. Ken Sweet
