Expect that with turfs...they are made to go over sod without tearing it up....meaning they are NOT designed to do any gripping (even though there is some). R1s if you want to grip and Rice R1s if you are dropdead serious about gripping but they do leave little zippers in your sod.

Update on my 2400 seeking a soft ride dilemma, going from original R4s front and rear to R3 rear, waste of time and money to current R1......aah, life is good...R4 super tire for FEL front, and R1 rear, narrow, soft sidewall, great traction....gotta be careful in tire sizing and stay with the same "gear" ratio in selecting tire " running circumference".
