YES!! Definitely worth $175 if it's a CAT 1 implement. Can't tell what brand it is but for $175 you can't go too wrong no matter who made it. One caveat though, make sure it is CAT 1 size, if it's a CAT 0, then you might want to pass on it. That would be up to you though.

It apparently has the ability to be off set, given that slot along the backside.
That feature alone is pretty darn cool. If it's close, go put your eyes on it. See if the cutting blade is worn and whether it is reversible.

Yes, it may not be the heaviest out there, but would work fine for pushing snow.

I was actually hoping for something to use behind my 2305 for dirt road leveling and grading, some field work, and some snow work too. Sounds like it's not the right one for me?

It would be fine for your 2305. The beauty of these finds is that if you don't like it down the road, or your needs change, you have so little in it you often make a buck in re-sale as opposed to taking a bath on buying new stuff.
The only reason to reject this might be if you find, when you get there, that it was designed for a tractor much, much taller than your 2305, which seems doubtful. You also know that you can likely get this for $150 cash offer. Another day of procrastination and it will be gone.
