cannot adjust steering on b7200

Following the shop manual but steering won't align

It might help if you explained a bit about what the problem is, what "the book" tells you to do about it, and why you think it's not working.

Also helpful to know which version of your tractor model you have. Kind of hard to tell from out here just what's going on with so little to go on.
