Am in the process of building a new house and staying at an apartment. All my stuff is in storage and I cannot remember what I should be doing to my 4220 at this point. I just turned 192 hours. I did all fluids at about 100 hours, new air filters, hydraulic and fuel.
I really don't have an easy way to do anything at the moment but what should I make sure I do on this machine with that many elapsed hours?

Perhaps contacting your local dealer and inquiring what the next closest service to your hours entails? You might also visit the Branson (I presume, you didn't say) website to see if there are downloadable manuals, or a contact email where you can send them an inquiry.

Can someone give me the oil change intervals, air filter, hydraulic, fuel? Also it's a 07' 4220 with 200 hours, I'm thinking I should drain and refill the coolant. Any idea what to use and what the capacity is?
If my manual was not packed up I'd be set but I won't be getting it out of storage for a few months. Just want to make sure I'm not over on the oil. I think it's around 100 hour interval.

Heron,
I have a 2007 Branson 4220, Oil and oil filter change every 100 hours, inspect an clean air filter every 50 hours, replace every 450 hours, replace transmission and front axle fluid every 300 hours and replace filter every 300 hours. change the coolant every year. as far as fuel I always add a lubricant type additive to it each time a fill up.
Fluid capacity
Engine oil 6.3 liters
transmission fluid 35 liters use type TF500 or Chevron Tractor Hydraulic Fluid, Branson Hydraulic Fluid or Texaco TDH oil, 1893
Front Axle Fluid 7 liters
radiator 2.2 liters, radiator reservoir 0.9 liters
If you need anymore information, email me at jhkfarms@hughes.net

Thanks you very much!
How many hours do you have on yours? Any issues? Mine has been great. Just added an 8620 hoe I found on a lot in TX. Great addition to the tractor.

The only problem I have had with mine is the electric PTO went out. But it was under warranty. The major problem has been letting family borrow it. Always came back damaged. So now I do the tractor work for them....lol I am looking at getting into small hay operation with it. I bale hay commercially, but the big equipment is not worth doing the small "Hobby" farms. Of course you can not haul it around like the smaller round baler, and drum mowers. I have over 2500 hours on mine. I do a lot of brush hogging, breaking ground for new gardens, dragging drive ways. Of course the last two years, not much ground work do to the drought!

Wow, you really use it! No issues with the clutch? Something I've been afraid of with this year...not sure if they addressed the bad clutches by 07. I know what you mean with the family..:((

Heron, I always use the lock on my clutch pedal when I am not using the tractor. I have not heard of any problems with the clutch itself.
