cannot post in Private party ads

I am trying to post a Steiner Dozer Blade in the private party ads but there is no option to start a new thread. Does everyone have this issue or just me?

Private Party ads were closed a long time ago. To post an item for sale you need to use the Classifieds at the top of the page. Here's a link to the procedure from Muhammad.

I had to get help from a moderator to post an ad a few months ago. The good news; the item sold for near the asking price as a result of that ad.
