Found this at a garage sale. Owner had a kubota and apparently had second thoughts of making the mounting hardware to fit his tractor. Made some simple brackets from the free steel rack and it fit just fine. Now I can sell the floppy hat... I hate wearing them in the sun anyway.

You have a nice shop set-up with the car rack and equipment there. Brand new tractor too. Just be careful about driving under any low hanging limbs.:thumbsup:

No Kenny, I'm a red neck. They double as coat hangers and emergency handles in the event of a roll over. They should disappear as soon as the primer / paint dries on the brackets I made.
I was thinking of using the two bolts I welded on the front brackets for additional lights or a neat mount for a tinted piece of plexiglass that has been moved twenty times in the past couple years. Wouldn't take much to make it tilt horizontal with the roof or be verticle on sunny days. Did I mention I hate wearing sunglasses too.

Raykeo2;
Thanks... I work hard at keeping it that cluttered. I did try it out today and it actually worked better than expected. Can't get real close to some grown trees but the cool breeze without the sun sure was comfortable.

Kevin;
Luck of the draw I guess. Sometimes one can find some pretty neat stuff. Bought a set of Bonney ( similar to snap on ) wrenches for four dollars and a half inch snap on ratchet for fifteen. The best recent find was a Clipper brick / paver saw with a diamond blade. I'm sure it was over a grand new a short time ago for fifty bucks. I paid more to rent one for a day a couple years back while installing a drive way.
