I have one of those de-rated Mitsubishi engines and I sure wish I knew of a way to re-rate it to 30 HP!

I have actually figured out what to do to un-de-rate it.... they know what they are doing to prevent us from undoing it unfortunately. New injectors and "rebuilding" (shimming and adjusting) the injector pump to the correlating pressures. Something that I don't have enough knowledge to do, nor the proper equipment to do it right. It is very possible to mess things up. So.... when I called around to get prices for a 'pro' to do it.... well, let's just say it would be easier to trade the tractor in and get the higher HP.

I have found a bolt on turbo kit, specifically for my engine, including a new manifold and all necessary mounting and hook up parts..... only costs $2600! Again, easier to trade the tractor. I don't need any more HP or a bigger tractor......

Its been pouring rain since I took delivery, but I've been out digging. There is acreek on my property that I've let clog with leaves and debris, and I backhoed all of it to get it flowing. I am surprised how much grunt this thing has, and in the flooded muck, no problems with traction. Looking forward to more use with it. Ill start a thread in the LS section for fun.

Kubota surprised me with one of the cheaper quotes around. Bx23s tlbm for 21600. I know many of you are sharing ideas with me about stepping up to a compact b series but I have trouble justifying a larger model at this time.
