Hi All,
I've got a Solo model 475 backpack sprayer that came apart on me. It occurred to me that maybe somebody on the forums here might have this same sprayer and could provide me some insights. I'm not sure if I'm missing a piece or not. The Solo provided parts diagram is pretty grainy and hard to read too.
I was experiencing high resistance when using the pump one day, and after a tough pump, the diaphragm pump assembly popped off the pressure cylinder.
Try as I might, I can't get the diaphragm assembly back on the pressure cylinder. I'm wondering if there is a piece broken or missing, or if I'm just not pushing hard enough. I can put all my weight on this (literally lifting myself off the ground) and it still won't go back on.
Here is a picture:

Anybody here have this model that could take a look and see if there appears to be anything in between the pump and the pressure cylinder? And could you take a picture of what your working assembly looks like?
Thanks!
-Josh
