My tractor has been sitting for over a month waiting for parts. My dealer closed up, so I contacted Branson on their website asking where to get Warranty work done. They sent me to a place they setup to service customers in the area. The tractor has been there ever since, and the service guy is still waiting on parts. The service guy tells me the hold up is on Branson's side, and keeps telling me another week or two. He is telling me he does not get a lot of attention from them, as he is not a stocking dealer. I can understand that, but Branson sent me to him, so I would think they would ship him parts for their existing customers.
The tractor has been there all spring, and I am about to have to push some spring only projects a year. Thank goodness I don't depend on the tractor to make a living.
I have filled out the online contact form on the Branson Website trying to get ahold of someone, but have not heard back. Does anyone know a way to directly contact them, so I can figure out what is going on, and maybe light a fire somewhere?
