Can't view 📎 attachments

Can anyone tell me how to view attachments? I did dozens of searches that only returned more I can't see.

Since there is a unusual character (�) in your post I wonder what device you are using?

Can you see this from my W10 computer, using Chrome?

I'm viewing forum with Android mobile device.
While formulating this reply I seem to have found my answer. While I visit several forums with this device without issue, this one only gives me a complete experience if I switch to "desktop site". Otherwise the links aren't live so I don't see the thumbnails, I only see the header
" attached thumbnails".
My issue appears to be solved.

I see now that the unusual character is a paper clip. like shows on the Attached Thumnails:

When I copied it from your post to show it in my post it showed up completely different, but it is right now:
