carberatur on Kawasaki buyo 98

Problems with gas over flowing out of hoel on air box side at 4:00.
Installed new needele in jets and float seems to be fine.
Any ideas why this problem

I'm sorry I do not have any suggestions for you, but will be watching this thread for future reference. I was in my carbs years ago to install different needles and jets. I upgraded to K&N's and prefilters. Maybe noticed better throttle response, but would probably not do it again. Both my bayou's have been real work horses and very reliable. My only grip: they need disk brakes.
