Anyway, the fella that authorized them to drive that beast onto the parking lot should be in big trouble. The surely knew better.

Ultimately it is the crane operators decision as to where that machine goes. If he isn't comfortable with the footing then he won't use the machine until they shore up the foundation to handle the crane.

if they had used mats under the out ringers and placed temporary post under the mats as shown in the pic, they should have been ok.
