Just learnt that carols by candle light was founded in Australia, previously I assumed it was a worldwide tradition. Do you have carols by candle light in your part of the world?

We sure do. But it is a lot colder here this time of year in Michigan. Here is a link to a non candle light carol singing get together in Detroit. Click Here.
I'm not sure I asked this question correctly because here in Australia we have very large concert style outdoor carol nights leading up to Christmas. the link below is about the carols in Melbourne tonight which attracts a sell-out crowd of 30,000 people with some of our elite entertainers performing these carols. I was wondering if you have this type of thing in the US?

I have a feeling that the celebrities find a warmer place to show up at than the -0 degree F temps we have been having lately. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
Olivia Newton-John? Mel Gibson? Kylie Minogue?
Does Kylie actually put any clothing on to sing Christmas Carols?
Just ribbing you Vin. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Sounds like great fun; I love Christmas carols. Happy Christmas down under and a prosperous new year.
