I purchased my Caroni from Agri Supply about 4 years ago. I lost the bearings in the roller which eventually ate up the bearing seats in the roller. I needed a new roller anyway due to several big dents in it from rocks etc. Agri Supply no longer carries the roller even though they carry rollers for shorter models. They do carry all the bearings and other hardware.

Is there another source of parts for the Caroni TM 1900???

Thats nonsense period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call Agri supply and ask for Rodney Barbour who is the manager for the
Caroni Import implements at Agrisupply and specifically ask for Rodney
and tell him I sent you.

The Caroni Family still builds these TM1900 flail mower models everyday
and there is no excuse for them to say that period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND if I have to I will call and ask for Rodney myself.

Were you able to order parts from Agri Supply? I need to replace a bushing and seal in my TM1900 roller. I'm interested to know what you learned.

LouieJunior, I forgot to mention in the other post that if you have a local bearing supply shop or even an online one they should be able to get them for you. The only problem with trying to get one online is you will need to know exactly what you need dimension wise for both parts.

Thanks again for your help. Hopefully I can order the parts from Agri Supply. If not, I will need to have someone else pull the part and order a replacement.

Luckily, I now have a few months before I will need to do a lot of mowing. I was finishing my early mowing when this occurred.

This wasn't the first time bolts have come loose. I will need to keep a 3/4 inch wrench with the mower Aaron now on.

Well, spoke to Agri Supply today and they couldn't identify the parts, as I described them. Instead, they offered to send me a parts diagram, which I could use to order the parts.

This sounded like a good plan -- until I received the PDF file. Have you ever tried reading small numbers through steamy bathroom glass? That would be easier than this!

I am attaching a link. If anyone has something more legible, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Louie,

All V belts are metric and all bearings are metric, So the repair is not that hard to manage.

If you have a Kaman supply store nearby take the entire bearing to themand replace the
both with a heavy open roller cage.
bearing used for freight carts.

You can e-mail the Caroni family and ask for a pdf file
of the parts and operatiing manual for your Caroni Flail Mower.

www.carnoni.it

Go to their contact page and send them your request for the
manuals and they will send you a PDF file.

I would send you my files but my (*&^%^&*()*&^%$^&* computer is
dead and I need to replace it.

They are very good about following up on their email inquiries.

Thank you Bart! That is what I needed. The Italian reply was for me to contact the US Dealer, which I told them I had already done. I can now order the correct parts from Agri Supply.
