Case 1835B skid steer power probs

My friend recently bought second hand case 1835B skid steer. However real power probs on right hand side (no movement at all). Can anybody suggest most likely problems with it and any possible solutions etc. Cheers for any help.

take the side pannel off its chain drive i believe the problem will be clear once you get in there good luck don
