I have a mid 80s 1845B skid steer. Machine runs good and hydraulics are strong. It has aux hydraulics activated by a foot pedal, rear hydraulics operated by foot pedal when you pull a knob, and backhoe hydraulics (separate connectors) activated by pulling a knob as well. So my question is I’m looking to build a hydraulic driven bush hog for cutting tight areas. My research tells me I need a case drain which I do not have ( I don’t think ) would it be possible to add a case drain to loader arm so I could use my pedal or would I be better off hooking into the backhoe hydraulics and add a case drain there so I can pull a knob and it will stay on. I’m open to any and all suggestions.
