Case 450 Crawler Loader s/n 3067086 Instrument Panel

Howdy,,,,I am in northern Idaho..

I am having difficulty understanding what needs to be removed in order to get at the Key Switch..I for certain do not want to remove all the gauges in order to get at this switch which has frozen up after all these years.

Would any of you be able to help me?
