Case DX40 Hydraulic Pressure

Can anyone tell me how to turn up the hydraulic pressure on my DX40 at the pump?

Where's the pump? If it's the tractor's, you could cause premature wear or serious damage to the system. If it's an external add on pump, you could cause premature wear or serious damage to the system. What's the need for higher pressure?
