Case IH 255 Electic PTO Clutch

I have a Case IH 255 with Woods F35 mower with an electric PTO clutch, Woods part number 32770. The clutch just burned up and the dealer can't find a replacement. I've talked to Woods directly and the manufacturer of the clutch (Pitts) and they all say the part is obsolete and no known replacement.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I would try to match it up with another brand. The first company that comes to mind is https://www.stens.com/ , they carry a number of aftermarket PTO clutches. On their website, you can go to Specs and put your shaft ID, pulley diameter etc in or go to https://www.stens.com/Portal.aspx?CN=637179B36C57&SEACRHBYSPEC=1&CATEGORY=CAE2CB7CAD7E&SPEC= and try to match one up.
