Hi all,
First post to this forum - thanks in advance for any help. I am a new tractor owner and currently have a Case IH D35 around year 2003 model. This past weekend the Frontloader and the 3pt hitch stop raising up. I do not have the operators manual for the tractor and have been having trouble locating one (tried all over the web and EBAY as well). Any thoughts on the issue? I assume (or was hoping) it would just be low on hydraulic fluid. There are 2 resourvoirs with dipsticks so assuming one is for oil and one is for hydraulic fluid??? One is located on the right side of the tractor and one is in the rear by the 3pt hitch. (neither under the hood but might be more there). Would it be safe to assume the one in the rear of the tractor was for hydraulic fluid? I can not see any images on the equipment so unable to tell for sure. Also I have noticed over the past few weeks the front loader has been asking sluggish. finally, when I was bush hogging this weekend, the 3 pt hitch dropped and I was no longer able to raise it. When this happened, I noticed a light on the dash that looked like a fish bobber, a vertical oval with a stick coming out from the top and also from the bottom, was lit for the first time. maybe this is the low hydraulic fluid light? Any thoughts on the issue or a good place to find the owners manual would be great. Thanks all!!!
