Case / Ingersoll Hydraulic Attachments

Case / Ingersoll attachments....... anyone ever use them on a non Case / Ingersoll tractor? I see these for sale on CL occaisionally, reasonably priced. They make some neat stuff, from hydraulic brush cutters to hydraulic leaf / grass suckers. I've read that they use motor oil instead of tractor oil, and would lose efficiency (or may not operate?) running on my tractor's hydraulic system. Anyone tried it? Happy with the results? Any idea how much less effective they'd be?

Inquiring minds would like to know.
