Am looking for help for elderly Brother wanting to sell in Illinois, a well kept Model 245 Case International Tractor. It is Red, been kept sheltered, well cared for. It is a 4 wheel drive, diesel has only 360 Hrs. on it, and a 5 foot rotor mower, used only to mow a small orchard. Any help appreciated-I don't know a thing pricing.

These are great little tractors. Made by Mitsubishi for IH as the 244 model then later for CIh as the 245. I am a big fan of these tractors and its brother the 254/255 model. I have seen clean, low hour, 4WD 245's sell for anywhere from $4000 to $6500 w/ a few implements. It really depends on area, private party or dealership, exposure etc. For top dollar, you might want to try to find a dealer who will work out a consignment deal with you.

that sounds like 1 clean well taken care of tractor,so i to would say $4000 to $6000.
