Cast Iron Welding - Bandsaw repair

I bought an 70 year old Walker Turner 16" bandsaw. While taking it apart to replace some bearings, I found that one of the castings was cracked. I videoed the repair, my first real cast iron repair welding.

HA HA 3:12 "always good to have the ground strap hooked up to the work piece"<<<<I'm constantly forgetting the ground and at the end and "Do you best and grind the rest", yup been there to,,, also caulk and paint make it what it ain't. Those die grinders are a necessary evil, those burs are like tiny metal splinters but they sure can remove a lot of material in tight spaces, nice video thanks for sharing.
