im looking to buy a catagory 0 three point hitch qwuik hitch for my garden tractor to make hooking up implements easyer.
doees anybody know who sells those.

Have you seen Pats or Carters? If you do a quick search there is contact info, ask if they can make Cat 0.

I don't think you will find a quick hitch for a Cat. 0 machine. The reason being is that the implements are so small and light generally speaking that a person can just pick them up and move them. On Cat. 1 and larger, most of the implements are heavy enough that you would have to be the Hulk to move them by hand.
If you do find one post back with it. If you don't find one and several members would like such a QH, you might get a manufacture to look at manufacturing them.
