I just upgraded from a 35hp Hydro tractor and 40hp gear tractor to a New Kubota L6060. Something I didnt account for was my old tractors were had Cat 1 3pt hitches, and the L6060 is a Cat 2. I know everything can be "fixed" with bushings, but the Cat 1 quick hitch is narrower than the Cat 2. We just own a 10 acre horse boarding facility in Suburban NY, so other tan an arena drag, I dont have any immediate plans to run a large variety of implements. I do want to use a quick hitch so I can hook/unhook the drag quickly and easily so I can jockey trailers around or pull the water wagon when things get too dry. I am getting a new drag so I can have it come set for a Cat 2 quick hitch if I want, but I am wonder how many implements that are quick hitch compatible actually come in Cat 1 vs Cat 2 size? Anyone able to share some wisdom with me? Do I get a Cat 1 and add bushing to fit my 3pt hitch? Will the Cat 2 limit my options?

Might want to see if you lower CAT2 3PH arms will draw in enough to match the width of a CAT1, if so then all you may need is bushings to fit QH, but I believe CAT1 QH uses same size pins as CAT 2... IF so you can probably stay with your CAT1 implements...
