CAT D4H PAT blade and stick rakes

Hi ya's
I'm looking at getting a d4h with a PAT blade and wonder if a stick rake for land clearing can be fitted insted of the blade ,i could go to a d4e or d5h both of them have fixed blades any ideas would help

Ahh..... I think you might be talking about a root rake. If so, then yes they can be put on in place of the blade.

JDkid, most all root rakes I have every seen are fitted to the standard blade. The root rake is attaches to the blade by two pins so it can be taken on and off.
